​Hello! I am Monika.

Freelance artist and illustrator, colour addicted, constantly creative, never boring person and pathologically curious everything around me.
Graduated in Fine Art and Comparative Literature I have always tried to find the difference between various arts, especially how the images exist in literature and how they are related to the word. In my art I try to show these connections, this transition of one language to another through a variety of media, topics and visual metaphors.
​I work with a wide range of techniques, developing the best possible illustrations to tell the story, to translate one art into another art, crossing its limits.
   I  love nature, creating for children, but also working for editorial and press.                   
​At work I am combining digital and manual techniques.
In my free time, when I'm not scribbling or painting I am taking care of my beloved plants, reading, learning new things or enjoying Cambridge in England where I decided to live with my husband.
